Join us for a free film screening of Mogul Mowgli (2020).
Mogul Mowgli follows Zed, a British Pakistani rapper on the brink of his first international tour, whose life is suddenly disrupted when he is diagnosed with a debilitating autoimmune disease. As he returns to his family home in London to recover, Zed is forced to confront his ambitions, identity, family relationships and the expectations he has placed on himself.
Directed by Bassam Jameel and starring Riz Ahmed, Mogul Mowgli is a powerful, intimate drama exploring identity, masculinity, illness, family, and the experience of belonging between cultures.
